08:00 Meet guide at your hotel, try on the bikes

8:30 bicycle tour to Cam Thanh village through the beautiful countryside of Hoian of rice fields, gardens, villages.

During the bike ride, you will have chance to make interesting photo stops of their daily activities, rice fields, house animals etc.

9:30 Arrive in Cam Thanh village, meet a family, enjoy tea and talks.

09:45 do as the locals do: go fishing on bamboos basket boats to catch crabs and fish in the water coconut forest.

10:30 Continue biking to Tra Que village.

11:00 Arrive at a family home. Enjoy a typical welcome drink of lime and basil seeds.

Then change into farmer's clothes, stroll through the village and meet local people who work in the garden. The local farmers will teach you all about cultivation methods such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.

12:00 Time to prepare lunch with a local family. You will learn how to make “ Tam Huu” spring roll, “Xeo” pancake.

12:30 Enjoy lunch with consist of many local delicacies including “Tam Huu” spring roll, “Banh Xeo” or local pancake of people in Centre of Viet Nam.

14:00 Be relaxed with a nice foot bath and enjoy the quietness and the breeze from the river.

15:00 Cycle back to Hoian
