Day 1: HANOI (D)

Arrival in Hanoi, the centuries-old beautiful capital of Vietnam, airport pick-up, hotel check-in, time at leisure.

Day 2: HANOI (B-L-D)

Full day for exploring the fascinating city of Hanoi where old and new things blend together, Vietnamese, Chinese and French cultures mix together.

Activities: a pleasant walk around the peaceful Ho Chi Minh area, visit HCM Mausoleum, HCM’s stilt house and garden, the One Pillar pagoda. Then visit the West Lake and Tran Quoc pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi. Take another pleasant walk at the beautiful Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam. Visit Quan Su pagoda, another old pagoda in Hanoi. Finally take a fascinating walk through the famous 36 busy streets of the Old Quarter and shopping.

Day 3: VISIT FAMOUS PAGODAS NEAR HANOI (B-L-D)

Full day visit famous pagodas: Tay Phuong pagoda, Thay pagoda, Dau pagoda

Day 4: HANOI – PERFUME PAGODA – HANOI (B-L-D)

After breakfast, transfer to visit the famous Perfume pagoda and cave. Take a rowing boat to Huong Son mountain. Then take a cable car to the famous Huong Tich cave and pagoda. Admire the serene atmosphere, the beautiful cave and beautiful scenery. Walk down to visit Thien Tru Pagoda and take the rowing boat back to the boat station.

Day 5: HANOI – HALONG BAY (B-L-D)

Morning check out the hotel, transfer to Halong Bay, a World Natural Heritage site.

On the way, visit the beautiful ancient But Thap pagoda in Bac Ninh

Arrival in Halong, get on an overnight cruise. Enjoy beautiful scenery, great food, and relaxation.

Day 6: HALONG – HANOI – DANANG – HOIAN (B-L-D)

Morning continue the cruise, doing tai chi, visiting a cave. Have brunch on the cruise. 

Disembark the cruise and transfer to Noi Bai airport to take a flight to Danang

Upon arrival in Danang, meet guide and transfer to Hoian.

Day 7: HOIAN (B-L-D)

Morning enjoy a relaxing city walk to more than 200 years-old temples and houses: Hoian History Museum, Fujien temple, Japanese Pagoda bridge, Phung Hung Ancient house and visit any pagodas in Hoian if interested. 

Afternoon free time for shopping or swimming in the sea

Day 8: HOIAN – HUE (B-L-D)

Mornign transfer to Danang. Visit the Marble mountains with interesting Linh Ung pagodas, Tang Chan cave pagoda, Huyen Khong cave pagoda, Tam Thai pagodas. 

visit more pagodas in Danang if inetrested. 

Continue transfer to Hue, the last Royal capital of Vietnam, a World Cultural Heritage Site.  Visit the  Royal Citadel of Hue, enjoy a pleasant walk in this interesting area, then visit the amazingly full Dong Ba market.

Day 9: HUE (B-L-D)

Full day enjoy Hue’s typical features: peaceful, traditional and beautiful.

Activities: lovely boat trip on the Perfume River to the beautiful Thien Mu pagoda, King Tu Duc’s tomb, Tu Hieu pagoda where King Tu Duc used to visit and give donation and many eunuchs contributed for their life after death. Afternoon visit the impressive King Khai Dinh’s tomb, Tu Dam pagoda which is very famous for singing Buddhist Sutra.

Day 10: HUE – HCMC (B-L-D)

 Morning check out the hotel and transfer to the airport for flight to Saigon

Upon arrival in HCMC, meet our guide and go for city tour, visit the Jade Emperor pagoda with an interesting mix of Buddhism and Taoism. Visit Giac Lam pagoda and Giac Vien pagoda, 2 of the oldest pagoda in HCMC, the Quan Am Pagoda, a significant pagoda of Chinese people.

DAY 11: HCMC BUDDHIST TOUR (B-L-D)

Morning visit the Hoang Phap Pagoda, talks with the monks and attend the meditation periods.

Afternoon visit more pagodas in HCMC: Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, An Quang pagoda - Buddhist school, the statue of Monk Thich Quang Duc

DAY 12: HCMC – CAI BE – VINH LONG – SOC TRANG (B-L-D)

Start your exploration of the terrific tropical Mekong Delta with a bus drive to Cai Be located on the riverbank of the Upper Branch of the Mekong River, and then enjoy wonderful boat trips along small canals, visits to family factories and gardens, floating houses of fishermen, enjoy local food and fruits. 
Late afternoon drive to Soc Trang where you will admire a different Buddhist culture of the Khmer people.

DAY 13: SOC TRANG – HCMC (B-L-D)

Morning visit some popular pagodas: the Porcelain Pagoda, The Bat Pagoda and talk with monks, the Clay Pagoda and talk with the owner.

Afternoon drive back to HCMC with a visit at the colourful Vinh Trang Pagoda in My Tho

Day 14: HCMC – DEPARTURE (B)

Transfer to the airport for departure and with sweet memories with us
