Tour Details:

18:00 – 23:00 

Pick you up and drop off at the hotels by our van.

Our guide will take your group to 3 or 4 areas to try different local food styles: North Vietnam, South Vietnam, Center Vietnam and Chinese food and including drinks

At each area, there are many food stalls or small restaurants selling different dishes. You can eat 1 or 2 dishes at each area and move on to another area.

1. South Vietnamese food:

- Rice pancake folded in half and filled with a shrimp, meat and soya bean sprouts

- Grilled beef wrapped in wild Betle leaves (pepper leaf)

2. Center Vietnamese food: Hue’s Specialities

-         Bloating fern-shaped cake

-         Hue style rice cake with shrimps and pork fat

-         Hue style BBQ Pork Vermicelli

3. North Vietnamese food:

- “Bun Dau Mam Tom” – Pressed vermicelli noodles with fried tofu served with shrimp paste

      4. Chinese food:

- Steamed, fried dumplings stuffed with shrimps

      5. Grilled vegetable and  Curried Goat
